My name is Turki, I'm From Qatar.

I'd like to buy 2 Telescoping or Assembled Carbon Fiber, each one length around 10m. I want to use them as Trolling outrigger for fishing in salty environment.

 The round Tube base that I am going to connect with them it is 4cm diameter from outside.

I need your suggestions please?
