Question about telescoping carbon fiber tube prodcuts.

Hello,

 

first post here, sorry if this is misplaced:

I'm currently prototyping a plumbing tool that requires some telescoping functionality. I am a little lost on the rock west product page. 

Do i buy the tubes individually and use I.D. and O.D. and stack them myself and buy the accompanying telescoping clamps? or are there packages that will give my everything I need if i need a product that is XX short when compressed and YY long when extended?
