how do we order custom lengths of telescoping carbon fiber tubes?

Hello, if I were to purchase some specific lengths of your INFINITubes instead of the whole 78/80 inches, how do I do that?

I would like a specific length of either some of your INFINITubeTW or INFINITubeUL tubes. So far I haven't seen a customization button that can help me shorten or choose the length of telescoping carbon fiber tubes that I want. My student engineering design team would also not like to purchase the already assembled telescoping tubes as we would like to reduce costs wherever possible and want to assemble it ourselves. So customization in that aspect isn't possible for us. 
 

Let's say I would like to purchase roughly 36 inches of 3 of your INFINITubeUL tubes: (P/N) 45434, 45433, and 45432, instead of purchasing 80 or 78 inches length of carbon fiber tube. Is there a way I can specify what length I would like but not have you guys already assemble the tubes for us with the compression rings? If that is possible, can I please get a rough cost estimate? we're based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, so we would really appreciate the tax rates that would apply when we get the tubes shipped (with the compression rings of course). Thank you!
